4dresultco Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the registered player and 4dresultco. They apply to the website, account dashboard, sportsbook, live casino, slots, 4D-related content, promotional services and payment features made available by 4dresultco.

A player accepts this agreement by opening an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, placing a wager or otherwise using 4dresultco. One account is permitted per person unless 4dresultco gives written approval for an exceptional reason. Duplicate or linked accounts may be suspended while ownership, payment activity and promotional use are reviewed. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to obtain repeat bonuses is prohibited.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password and device access. You must notify 4dresultco promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Account sharing is not permitted, including between family members living at the same address.

05 Deposits and Payment Methods

You must use legitimate funds and, where the method is registered to a named holder, a payment method in your own verified name. 4dresultco may reject third-party deposits, reverse incorrectly credited transactions or request evidence of payment ownership.

Deposits should be made for genuine gambling activity. 4dresultco is not a bank, remittance service, cryptocurrency exchange or storage wallet. A deposit followed by little or no betting activity may be reviewed before withdrawal.

The displayed account balance may be corrected where a technical, provider or human error causes an inaccurate credit. You must not spend funds that you know or reasonably suspect were credited in error.

06 Betting and Game Rules

A wager is accepted only after it is recorded by the 4dresultco system and confirmed in the player's betting history. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not constitute acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, particularly during live football, EPL, UFC or Liga Super Malaysia events.

Bets are settled using official results or the recognised governing body's declared result at the time specified in the applicable market rules. Later appeals or amended statistics may not change settlement unless 4dresultco determines that a clear settlement error occurred.

If a market, price or result is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious technical or data-feed error, 4dresultco may void the affected wager or settle it at the correct market price that was reasonably available at the time. This right will be exercised fairly and after review.

Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, random number generator or live dealer procedure. Temporary disconnection does not automatically cancel a completed round. The server record will determine the outcome where a player's screen and the platform record differ.

07 Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Rewards

Promotions offered by 4dresultco may include deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, referral rewards, birthday benefits, crypto incentives and VIP benefits. Every offer may have its own minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible game, maximum bet, expiry and cash-out conditions.

Processing estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may arise because of bank operating periods, FPX or e-wallet maintenance, cryptocurrency network congestion, enhanced verification, incomplete documents or a security review.

Before approving a withdrawal, 4dresultco may confirm that deposits have cleared, wagering has been settled, bonus conditions have been met and the destination belongs to the account holder. Any applicable minimum or maximum withdrawal amount will be displayed in the account interface.

09 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

4dresultco requires honest participation. You must not attempt to manipulate a game, interfere with platform software, exploit a known malfunction, scrape non-public data, use prohibited automation or coordinate bets with others to obtain an unfair advantage.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• opening duplicate, false or nominee accounts;
• using another person's identity, bank account, e-wallet or cryptocurrency funds without authority;
• collusion, chip dumping, matched betting intended to exploit a promotion, or suspicious opposite wagering;
• using bots, scripts, automated decision systems or unauthorised software against 4dresultco;
• attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit after funds have been wagered;
• threatening support staff, submitting fabricated documents or misrepresenting transaction facts; and
• using 4dresultco for unlawful proceeds, money laundering or financing prohibited activity.

Suspected misconduct may result in limits, enhanced verification, withheld settlement, account suspension or closure. Funds not connected to a breach will be handled in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

10 Responsible Gambling

Gambling through 4dresultco must remain recreational. You should set a budget before playing, avoid borrowing money to gamble, never chase losses and take regular breaks during long sports or casino sessions.

4dresultco may provide deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders and self-exclusion controls. A request for self-exclusion should be treated seriously. 13 Account Suspension and Closure

Account closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure. Clauses relating to verification, settlement, prohibited conduct, privacy, liability and dispute handling continue where necessary.

14 Amendments and Governing Framework

4dresultco may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security measures, product rules, international licensing requirements or legal developments. The effective date shown at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are published.

Continued use of 4dresultco after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. If a player does not agree with a material revision, the player should stop using the platform and request account closure after settling any open positions.

These terms operate within the international licensing framework applicable to 4dresultco. Malaysian users remain responsible for understanding their local legal position. No provision should be interpreted as a statement that online gambling is authorised by a Malaysian government body.
